My teaching is research-informed and grounded in equity, diversity, and inclusion. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
I lead the MSc in Education (Higher Education) pathway at the University of Oxford, and convene the module Global Higher Education. Since 2019, I have convened and taught core modules across the MSc in Education (Higher Education) programme.
I supervise DPhil researchers and MSc dissertations at the Department of Education, University of Oxford. I also examine doctoral and master's research internally and externally.
I am not accepting applications from prospective DPhil students or visiting researchers for the next academic year.
I co-led the development of the Neurodivergent Education for Students, Teaching & Learning (NESTL) Toolkit, which provides a practical framework, case studies, checklists, and resources for developing more neurodivergent-inclusive teaching and learning. The project was Highly Commended in the University of Oxford Vice-Chancellor's Awards 2026. Through my pathway leadership and module convening, I also support early-career researchers in developing their teaching practice.
